Return Policy

We are dedicated to assuring you get the right pump for your application. If you are not entirely satisfied with the product, we are here to help. To initiate a return, please request an RMA (Return to Manufacturer Authorization) number from us.

 

RETURNS

 

To be eligible for a return, the following terms and conditions apply:

 

▪ Returning period is within 30 days of shipment.
▪ A return RMA number needs to be obtained.
▪ Need to have proof of the purchase.
▪ The product must be new and unused in its original packaging.
▪ You are responsible for the return shipping charges.
▪ Repair charges may be applied if the product has shipping damage during the
transit of returning.
▪ A 20% restocking fee will be applied.
▪ Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

 

We reserve the right to refuse incomplete or damaged returns.

REFUNDS


Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you the of inspection results. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund check.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS


At the time of receiving product from a carrier, if you see any damage on the package, please refuse to accept it from the carrier and let us know immediately; or please make a note that the package is damaged when you sign. For products delivered by FedEx or UPS, if there is any shipping damage, please notify us within 2 business days of receipt of the product.


DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS UNDER WARRANTY


If a product has any defects, please contact us immediately. Please DO NOT return the product without contacting us first and getting an RMA number. Please refer to the ‘Limited Warranty’, which is printed on the last page of product instruction manual, for details.

Warranty Policy

Walrus/Systemflo pumps are warranted to the first user only to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from date of installation, but no more than 24 months from date of shipment. Walrus’ liability under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing at our election, without charges, FOB Walrus/Systemflo’s distribution center or authorized service agent. Walrus/Systemflo will not be liable for any cost of removal, installation, transportation, or any other charges that may arise in connection with warranty claim.

 

The warranty period commences on the date of original purchase of the equipment. Proof of purchase and installation date, failure date, and supporting installation data must be provided when claiming repairs under warranty.

 

This warranty is subject to due compliance by the original purchaser with all directions and conditions set out in the installation and operating instructions. Failure to comply with these instructions, damage or breakdown caused by fair wear and tear, negligence, misuse, incorrect installation, inappropriate chemicals, or additive in the water, inadequate protection against freezing, rain or other adverse weather conditions, corrosive or abrasive water, lighting or high voltage spikes or through unauthorized persons attempting repairs are not covered under warranty.

 

Walrus/Systemflo will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, losses, or expenses arising from installation, use, or any other causes. There are no express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, which extend beyond those warranties described or referred to above.

 

Certain states do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or the placing of limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, therefore, the limitations or exclusions herein may no apply. This warranty sets forth specific legal rights and obligations, however, additional rights may exist, which may vary from state to state.
